Heart & Soul Tours was founded by Eduardo Silveira and Hugo Cunha — licensed Portuguese guides who would rather do a few days beautifully than many days quickly.
Heart & Soul Tours began with a simple observation: the best travel days are the ones nobody planned in a brochure.
We are Eduardo Silveira and Hugo Cunha, two licensed Portuguese tour guides who each have more than eleven years of professional guiding behind them. After years of showing visitors around our country, we kept hearing the same thing — guests loved Portugal, but disliked the logistics. The rented car nobody wanted to drive, the coach that stops for eleven minutes, the itinerary that leaves no room for the village you fell in love with on the way.
So we built the opposite. Private only. Flexible always. One team from your first email to your last drop-off, with a real person answering the phone. We call it a travel concierge because that is honestly what it is: we plan, book, drive, recommend, adjust and quietly solve things before you notice them.
We are local, licensed and genuinely curious. Our vehicles are modern, spacious and immaculately maintained — air-conditioned, fully equipped and comfortable for long days, whichever of us is driving. And our promise is that you will finish your trip feeling like you saw the real Portugal — not a queue in front of it.
