Bookings
A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. Your service is confirmed once we reply in writing with the agreed itinerary, timings and price.
Payment
A small deposit secures the date. The balance is payable at the end of the service by card, cash or bank transfer. All prices are all-inclusive of vehicle, driver-guide, fuel, tolls and parking; entrance tickets, tastings and meals are paid separately unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service starts, with a full refund of the deposit. Multi-day itineraries carry their own terms, always agreed in writing in advance.
Vehicle & group size
Our vehicle carries up to 6 guests with luggage. Larger parties are served with a second licensed vehicle and driver, arranged in advance.
Liability
Heart & Soul Tours operates as a licensed and fully insured Portuguese operator. Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, traffic, strikes or site closures; we will always propose the best alternative on the day.
