Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Heart & Soul Tours, we provide premium, boutique private travel experiences. Because our dedicated vehicles and professional driver-guides are reserved exclusively for your scheduled journey, cancellations significantly impact our operations. Our cancellation terms are structured as follows:
- Private Day Tours: Free cancellation and a 100% refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
- Long-Distance Transfers & Private Driver for Hire Services: Free cancellation and a 100% refund up to 72 hours before the service begins. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to a 100% charge to cover locked scheduling.
- Custom Multi-Day Tours: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour start date (minus any non-refundable third-party hotel or winery deposits). Cancellations under 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
Weather & Unforeseen Events
If Heart & Soul Tours must cancel a service due to extreme weather or safety conditions, clients will be offered an alternative date or a 100% full refund.
