What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect only what we need to organise your service: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and any preferences you choose to share.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare your itinerary, coordinate pick-ups and issue receipts. We never sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who can see it
Only Heart & Soul Tours and, where strictly necessary for your booking, the partners delivering part of your day — a restaurant reservation, a winery visit or a second licensed driver for larger groups.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Invoicing records are kept for the period required by Portuguese tax law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to heartsoultours@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
